My Travels With Anne R.
Our official travel Hitty hostess Hitty Rachelle has offered
her a cup of tea to wash the travel dust from her throat
and a snack to hold her until dinner. Travel Hitty Emily and Hitty Rachelle
met at Camp Piney Woods
this summer and Travel Hitty Emily is glad to share some tales of her
rather extensive travels with a friend.

I have been slowly meeting the Hittys that live here.
Today Hitty Rachelle took me to meet the Judy Brown Hittys.
We had a lovely visit. The little ones that live with them were a bundle
of fun.
Today, a package arrived. When Hitty Rachelle saw the return
address she said
she was sure Mrs. Anne wouldn't mind if we went ahead and opened it.

Inside we found a lovely wooden trunk with a whale on it. Hitty Rachelle
immediately claimed it and asked me to help her pack the lovely blue
afghan she chose as her hostess gift in it. Spot the Dog (her other
choice as a hostess gift) was worried that she might pack him.
I am going to miss Spot. He has been my constant companion on my trips
from hostess to hostess.

I am going to be lonely when I leave here.

Today Hitty Rachelle took me to meet some of the other dolls and toys.
One of the most interesting dolls I met was a sock monkey. Mrs. Anne
took our picture with her.
She doesn't have a name. I told her perhaps the hittygirls resident
sock monkey expert, Sophia, could help her with a name.
It is time for me to jump back into my trunk and continue on my journey.
Tomorrow I leave for Joann's house. Hitty Rachelle and I have said our
good-byes and the Rollins' Hittys
have given me a sock monkey to keep me company on the rest of my journey.
I can't wait to meet the Bentson Hittys!
